Here are general information about the Sequences tab.

Sequences Tab

  • Overview

    With the Sequences tab you can ...

    • import existing .fasta files.
    • add protein sequence strings through copy & paste.
    • save stored sequences as .fasta files.
    • delete stored sequences.
    • rename stored sequences.
    • display the sequence of a stored sequence.

Getting Started

To obtain more information about a sequence from the list, simply click on it. A table will then appear on the right-hand side.

Rename a selected sequence

  1. Select a sequence from the list.
  2. Edit the name in the Name field in the table on the right. (The application automatically saves any changes made.)

Display the full sequence of a selected sequence

  1. Select a sequence from the list.
  2. Click on the sequence in the right table.
  3. A new dialog window with the complete sequence string will be opened.
