Distance Data Visualizer

    • display a distance plot.
    • display a distance histogram.
    • display a distance table.
    • interact between plot, histogram and table.

Getting Started

Hide the residue pair no. column

  1. Under the Table menu, select Hide Column and then click on Residue Pair No.

Show all columns of the distance table

  1. Under the Table menu, select Show Column and then click on All Columns.

Customize the distance interval of the distance histogram

  1. Right-click on the histogram.
  2. Click on Properties.
  3. Select a different value in the combobox.
  4. Click on Save.

Restore defaults for the distance histogram

  1. Right-click on the histogram.
  2. Click on Restore Defaults.

Details

  • Every column in the distance table can be hidden. This can be done through the menu or the context-menu.
  • The distance histogram can be customized with the Properties dialog window. The Properties dialog can be accessed through the context-menu.
