Update Protein Pair PyMOL Scene

  • Description

    With this button you can

    • update the loaded PyMOL scene of the current session.

Getting Started

Update a PyMOL scene

  1. Select a protein pair from the tree.
  2. Click on , to load the pymol session of the selected protein pair.
  3. Click on a scene in the tree you want to update.
  4. Click on , to update/save the selected scene.

Details

  • If you performed an operation on the protein directly from PyMOL, such as rotating or moving the viewpoint, you will need to update the scene manually.
  • Operations such as coloring with the color grid or changing the representation will be automatically saved.
