Getting Started

Preview a certain view point

  1. Select a protein from the tree.
  2. Click on , to load the pymol session of the selected protein.
  3. Change the view point.
  4. Under the Images menu, click on Preview.
  5. Wait for the preview to generate before using PyMOL.

Details

  • The preview will not reduce the time it takes to generate the image if it gets exported as .png file!
